Turning The Tables on Customer Complaints......
We are receiving numerous customer complaints about passengers "feeling" that they are being "passed up" - leading to an increase in reprimands and grievances.
While we all can agree it quite often is the customers fault - we also need to make every effort to show management we tried to get their attention by "TOOTING THE HORN"!
It is part of our Job Description and more importantly part of the "Standards of Performance" policy.
So, let's get out and make some noise to show "our efforts" and yes..."above and beyond" and show management what we're really made of...
