ATU Local 1756 Member COVID-19 Confidentiality Waiver

Dear Brothers and Sisters of ATU Local 1756,

Attached is a form of a confidentiality waiver in connection to the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19).  This waiver simply states if anyone who contracts the virus we are permitting our employers to notify our co-workers (Brothers and Sisters of the Union) and Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1756 of positive testing for the safety of all employees.
